Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using won555 services. By registering for or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.

Account information responsibilities

Users are responsible for ensuring that all personal information in their account is accurate and up to date. won555 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly prior to processing the first withdrawal. Failure to provide valid verification documentation may result in a temporary account freeze until the verification process is complete.

Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other individual or entity. Any attempt to do so may result in suspension of the account concerned.

Payment, deposit, and transaction information in MYR

All financial transactions on the won555 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). won555 supports several deposit and withdrawal methods commonly used by Malaysian users, including online bank transfers and local e-wallets.

Deposit and withdrawal terms

  • Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are as stated in the user account section and are subject to change from time to time.
  • Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in exceptional circumstances approved by won555.
  • Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen payment method and the internal verification process required.
  • Your first withdrawal requires full identity verification before it can be processed.
  • Won555 reserves the right to suspend or block any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms.

Taxes and charges

Users are solely responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from betting activity or winnings obtained through the won555 platform, in accordance with the laws applicable in their place of residence. won555 bears no responsibility for any user's tax obligations.

Won555 liability limits

Won555 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting, technical service disruptions, or unauthorised account access resulting from user negligence.

In the event of a technical error or display discrepancy in odds or results caused by a system failure, won555 reserves the right to void or revise the affected bets following verification, and the decision made by won555 management in such cases shall be final.

Account policies, intellectual property, and third-party links

Account suspension and closure

Won555 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without notice, in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, confirmed fraud, or upon instruction from a relevant authority. Any valid balance in an account closed due to a terms violation may not be refundable depending on the circumstances.

Users may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting the won555 support team. Any valid balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal once all required security checks have been completed.

Intellectual property

All content on the won555 platform, including designs, graphics, logos, text, and software, is the property of won555 or its respective third-party licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from won555.

Third-party links and services

The won555 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. won555 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Users access third-party links at their own risk.

Changes to terms and applicable laws
